A huge (shire-sized) Philippine Eagle/Red Wolf wolphyn.
That is, a gryphon with lupine hindquarters and ears.
History/Bio:
Adult female, feeds on large game and immoral sentients,
polite acquaintance of gryphs, middle-class, territorial, solitary,
magickally proficient, tempermental, expert flyer, student of most arts,
genuine oldbie chock-full of crunchy goodness, eyed warily... etc.
