Gryphku

Gryphon Haiku

Haiku is a Japanese form of unrhyming poetry arranged in lines of 5/7/5 syllables. It is very easy, anyone can do it... and can be very beautiful and fun. But first a warning from Guild member Tserisa:

Try a short Gryphku
Careful... you will never stop.
It is contagious.

Gryphku by Tser

Griffin on the wing
Held above the earth by Winds
Her valiant heart soars

Fallen to the earth
Cold sand caresses his form
Golden feathers dull

Gryphku by Zadeen

Downy feathers soft
Gryphkitten mews for mother
Eyes closed, small one cries

Feathers so pitch black
They appear moonlit silver
Eyes of emerald

Gryphku by Poe Frog

A gryphon's loud call
Resounds through the azure sky
Glides high above us

Dance with the fall winds
Fly away above it all
Find peace in the sky

Golden wings spread wide
Soaring above the mountains
It is gryphon's flight

Sheets of icy rain
Pelts my dark brown human hair
Gryphon gives shelter

Gryphku by Sparhawk

Feathers scrape the sky
Tail brushes against the ground
Joy in flight and ground
